After kidnapping an innocent from a Jogin Dera in Chaubepur area of Kanpur, the youth of the same Dera raped the innocent by stuffing a cloth in his mouth. When he fainted, he ran away leaving him in the garden. The incident came to light when the family members found innocent sobbing in the night.
A 4-year-old girl playing in the Jogin Dera of Chaubepur went missing on Friday afternoon at three o’clock. The family members got worried when they did not meet till late evening. When I started searching, it was getting dark. Then the sound of sobbing of the girl was heard from a garden far away from the village. When people reached the garden, their senses were blown away. Blood was coming out from the delicate parts of the innocent lying naked. Seeing the condition, people sensed the incident. The innocent was brought to the tent. The police was informed in the night itself. Bilhaur CO Rajesh Kumar, Inspector Jagdish Pandey reached the spot. Seeing the condition of the innocent, he was brought to the CHC. After improving some condition there, the innocent narrated the incident. The police caught the accused Arvind Nath by showing activeness. On Saturday morning, Additional SP Bijendra Dwivedi reached the spot along with the forensic team and collected evidence from the spot. A report has been registered against the accused on the complaint of the victim’s father.
