Raipur. Four people died, while four were seriously injured in four separate road accidents in Raipur. Of these, two accidents occurred due to bike collision, one accident due to collision between three vehicles on the expressway, and one accident due to an unknown vehicle crushing bike riders in Abhanpur area. The first accident happened near Chicholi of Tilda police station area, where Satish Dahria and Jaiprakash Yadav were going to Tilda railway station by bike. While riding the bike at high speed, Satish overtook a car, when a Luna came from the front and there was a fierce collision between the two vehicles. In this accident, the heads of both Jaiprakash and Satish were badly injured. Both suffered serious injuries, and their condition is said to be critical. The second incident took place on Raipur Expressway at 11 am on Wednesday. There was a collision between three vehicles here. The mini pickup parked in a breakdown condition was hit from behind by three vehicles one after the other, due to which the Scorpio and two Tata Ace vehicles were badly damaged. The third accident took place near village Bhelwadih (Gurukripa Dhaba) on Abhanpur-Raipur road, where an unknown vehicle crushed two youths riding a bike. Both the youths died in the accident and their bike was badly damaged. The deceased have been identified as Pankaj Dhritalhare and Damon Dhritalhare. Police have registered a case against the unknown vehicle and started investigation. The people injured in these incidents have been admitted to hospital, and the police are investigating all the cases.
