After completion of the hearing, the Special Court in the capital has convicted 4 accused in the scam in Madhya Pradesh Forest Guard Recruitment Examination conducted by Vyapam in the year 2012. The court has sentenced all the accused to 7 years imprisonment along with a fine of Rs 1,000. In this forest guard recruitment examination, the accused had passed the examination by sitting solver in their place. This decision has been given by the court of Special Judge Nitiraj Singh Sisodia in CBI Vyapam case. According to the information received from the Public Prosecutor of CBI, Madhya Pradesh Forest Guard Recruitment Examination was conducted by Vyapam in the year 2012. In which 4 candidates Ramchitra Kaushal, Bhup Singh, Sher Singh Jatav and Rajesh Solanki had passed the written examination by appointing some other person in their place. All four had passed this examination. Later, as per the instructions of the High Court, the CBI investigated and presented the charge sheet. On the basis of several witnesses, documents and articles presented during the hearing, the court found the four candidates Ramchitra Kaushal, Bhup Singh, Sher Singh Jatav and Rajesh Solanki guilty and awarded them a fine of Rs 10,000 each along with seven years of rigorous imprisonment. It has been decided to punish him with a fine of Rs.
