Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the devotees present in the Bhagwat Katha organized at Shrimad Bhagwat Gaushala in Chittauda, Sanwer in Indore district on Tuesday.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav announced to name the land of Shrimad Bhagwat Gaushala Chittoda as Gaushala. He said that by organizing Geeta Jayanti, the state government has done the work of spreading the message of Lord Krishna’s deeds in the entire state. The noble cause that has been ignited by Sant Kamal Kishore Ji Nagar selflessly for running the cowshed is praiseworthy. The saint has created many ideals along with running the cowshed, which is working to give a new direction to the society. He also appreciated the efforts of State Water Resources Minister Tulsiram Silavat.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that linking rivers campaign in the state will work to give a new direction to development. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will give a new direction to development through the Ken-Betwa river linking campaign on 25th December. He said that the linking of two rivers campaign in the state will increase the area under irrigation in large areas of about 25 districts, which will change the picture and fate of Malwa and Bundelkhand regions. A large area of the state will benefit from the river linking campaign.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the state government has made special efforts to encourage cow rearing. Every house becomes Gopal and every village becomes Vrindavan. For this, every village of 313 blocks of the state, where there are more than 500 cows, will be developed ideally by making them Vrindavan villages. At the same time, cattle rearers rearing more than 10 mother cows will be encouraged by giving grants so that every home becomes Gopal. He said that in the coming time, bonus will also be given on purchase of milk. Our aim is to increase milk production in every household and make the state self-reliant in the field of milk production. The Chief Minister said that special efforts are being made to increase interest among people towards cow rearing in the state. He praised the efforts being made by Sant Kamal Kishore Ji Nagar for cow protection and cow shelter. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav worshiped Vyas Peeth and congratulated Sant Nagar by presenting him a shawl. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was honored by tying a turban. On this occasion, MLA Ramesh Mendola, Chindu Verma along with officials of Shrimad Bhagwat Gau-Shala Chittoda and a large number of religious followers were present.
