Raipur: Under the good governance of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, many schemes are being run in the state for the empowerment, rehabilitation and protection of their interests. Social Welfare Minister Lakshmi Rajwade said this today while addressing the Talented Divyangjan Samman Samaroh Ceremony organized on the completion of one year of government formation at the Government Visually and Hearing Impaired Higher Secondary School Mathpuraina in the capital Raipur.
Minister Rajwade said that the state government is doing better work in the welfare and interest of the disabled people and we will continue to work for your interests in the future too. Our government is continuously serving you all through development works. Our government has completed one year and we have approved all the pending works and taken them forward.
After listening to the song presented by the disabled children, he said that he was overwhelmed by listening to the song. He further said that disabled people should get full love and encouragement from the people of the society. Today, disabled people are setting records in various fields in the country and state.
On this occasion, various cultural programs were presented by disabled children. On this occasion, deaf and mute students presented a painting to Minister Lakshmi Rajwade on their behalf. Renowned disabled persons at national and state level were honored in the programme. Chhattisgarh Divyangjan Finance Development Corporation provided e-rickshaw to Divyang Chandan Gilhare, resident of Devpuri, and Divyang Bal Das Manikpuri, resident of village Bhainsa.
On this occasion, Deputy Director Sarv.R.N Bose, Deputy Director Bhupendra Pandey, Deputy Director (Finance) Kiran Khare, Principal Amit Trivedi, Superintendent Sita and other officers, employees and students were present.
