The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Arrested a Deputy Director of the Enforcement Directorate (Ed) in Odisha on Friday in Connection with an alleged bribery deal.
The agency apprehended the Senior Ed Official, Chintan Raghuvanshi, A 2013-Batch Indian Revenue Service (IRS) Officer, after He Demanded A Bribe of Rs 2 Crore from an odisha-based mining trader. This was allegedly after the ed raided multiple locations linked to the businessman’s company.
