Bhopal : Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan along with the members of Vidya Bharti Alumni Council planted Banyan, Gulmohar and Semal saplings in Smart City Garden located at Shyamala Hills. Mr. Priyanshu Pandey, Dr. Ashish Joshi, Dr. Partha Suryavanshi, Mr. Ritesh Tokse and Mr. Ashutosh Gupta were with the council. Daughter Amara Anshuman along with Chief Minister Shri Chouhan planted a sapling on her birthday. Daughter Amara’s father Mr. Anshuman Khare, Consulting Editor of Swadesh News, his wife Mrs. Bhumika and son Aahan also participated in the plantation.
Vidya Bharati Alumni Parishad is an organization of students who have completed their studies from Saraswati Shishu Mandirs. In this 8 lakh 51 thousand alumni are registered. The organization has been working in the country for years in the areas of tree plantation, cleanliness, health and free education from Sanskar Kendras. At present, the organization is providing free treatment facilities in tribal villages by conducting medical camps for the diagnosis of sickle cell anemia.
