Echo of nation building in Guna, confluence of nationalist ideologies in historic convention
Gunal The 57th provincial convention of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, which started in the city from Thursday, became a confluence of ideas of students and nationalism. This grand program which lasted for three days was inaugurated by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. Vidyarthi Parishad’s National Organization Minister Ashish Chauhan was present on the stage with him. Thousands of workers and students present at the convention made this event historic. On this occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, in his address, appreciated the work of the Council and said that this organization is not just a student organization but a medium of inspiration for nation building. He said, Vidyarthi Parishad inspires us to connect with the glory of our past and develop new ideas for the future. It is not limited to bookish knowledge only, but shows new direction through practical knowledge. Highlighting the achievements of the state, he also said that in the coming time, there will be 52 medical colleges in the state, which includes Ayurvedic colleges along with allopathy. Dr. Yadav said that the pride of India is increasing in the whole world today. He said that the river interlinking scheme, which was started by former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, is now moving forward under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In this program, the Chief Minister also announced that special seats will be made available for agricultural education in Guna, which will provide new employment opportunities to the youth.
Contribution of student power in nation building
National Organization Minister Ashish Chauhan said on this occasion that Vidyarthi Parishad is an organization which inspires students not only for academic success but also for nation building. He said, this organization has come to this brave land of Chambal and Malwa to teach the lessons of national thinking and responsibility to the students. Vidyarthi Parishad has always raised the demand to change the name of the country to India and to promote Indianness in education. This organization has registered its presence in every corner of the country.
The event will run for three days, the procession will become an attraction
The convention has been organized for the first time in Guna. Preparations for this event were in full swing for the last two months. The main attraction of the convention will be the grand procession on 20th December. This procession will go through various routes of the city till Shastri Park. The citizens of the city will welcome this three kilometer long procession at every place. There will be a huge open session at Shastri Park, where the youth will be inspired for nation building. Rajesh Mohan Aggarwal, Chairman of the Reception Committee of the convention, welcomed the Chief Minister and other distinguished guests. He said, this event will not be just an event but will prove to be a milestone in the direction of nation building. Our request to the Chief Minister is to give such a basic mantra to the students that this convention becomes a guide for the coming generations.
Organizational announcements and cultural events
The future plans and proposals of the organization will also be discussed during the convention. These proposals will be passed in the session held on 21 December and the new executive will be announced. Indian culture and values will be spread among the students through cultural programs. For this event, 15 groups have been formed by the Student Council, which are divided into 59 departments. More than 200 workers are engaged to make this grand event a success. The proposals and discussions presented in this convention will give a new direction to the education and student power of the country. This provincial convention held for the first time in Guna proved that Vidyarthi Parishad is not just a student organization but a powerful platform moving towards the development of the nation and reconstruction of the society.
