After the rain, the ongoing cold wave during the day has increased the chill. The maximum day temperature has fallen by 10 degrees Celsius in the cities in Churu, Pilani. The maximum temperature was less than 17 degrees.
Today, a yellow alert has been issued for dense fog in 18 districts of the state. There is a possibility of rainy season starting again from 26-27 December. At the same time, due to cloud cover and the effect of northern winds slowing down, the night temperature has increased and in many cities the minimum temperature at night has reached double digits. People are protecting themselves from the cold by lighting bonfires. The effect of cold wave will continue in the city for the next three days.
