The explosion occurred due to gunpowder in a tunnel in Poonch in Jammu and Kashmir. Army soldiers were injured in a landmine explosion near the Line of Control. The army soldier was injured in this incident and was immediately taken to Udhampur for treatment. Security forces started a search operation at several places in Jammu. Security forces have launched an anti -terrorism campaign at about three dozen places in the Jammu region. In some parts, a campaign was launched after suspicious activities and under area domination exercises at other places. No contact with terrorists has been established. Campaigns were being carried out in the forests near the Line of Control in Poonch and Rajouri’s twin border districts, high areas of Udhampur-Katua belt, hill Doda and Kishtwar and Jammu district.

Security forces carried out siege and search operations in the Sundarbani and parts of the Sundarbani and Naushera sector of Rajouri district, besides Mohalla town of Mandi, Allapeer and Jallis and Mankot and nearby areas of Poonch.
A search operation is being carried out at 13 places in Poonch-Rajouri and 18 places in high areas of Udhampur, Kathua, Doda, Kishtwar and Doda districts. In this, special attention is being paid to Khaderan forest. A search operation is also being conducted in Kerry, Bhattal and nearby areas in Akhnoor sector of Jammu district.
Conspiracy being done by Pakistan
Pakistan has been trying to spoil the atmosphere continuously for some time. On 14 February, an attempt was made to cross the Line of Control from Pakistan in Akhnoor sector of Jammu. Pakistan soldiers were fired from sniper. An Indian soldier was injured in this incident too.
