The passengers were stirred up after seeing the friction in the wheel of the train after a chain pulling in the Tanakpur Singrauli Triveni Express near Khairahi railway station in Sonbhadra district in Uttar Pradesh. According to railway sources, Tanakpur-Singrauli 15074 Down Express reached near Khairahi railway station at around 1.30 pm on Tuesday that the driver stopped the train after seeing smoke from the wheel. Suddenly the train stopped, the passengers felt that there was a fire, causing an atmosphere of chaos. An official of Robertsganj railway station said that due to chain pulling, there was friction in the wheel due to which smoke started coming out. There was no fire in the train. All passengers are safe and the train has left for its destination after about 40 minutes.
