From today the shade of Chhath Puja will be scattered in the capital


Bhopal . Now the shade of Chhath Puja will be scattered in the city. The people of Bhojpuri society residing in the capital have started preparations for Chhath Puja. The four-day Chhath Puja festival will be celebrated from October 28 to 31. The main program of Chhath Puja will be held on October 30. The people of Bhojpuri society will offer Arghya to the setting sun at the Ghats. This time Chhath Puja will be organized at more than 40 places in the city. The population of the society in the city is about three and a half lakhs and the maximum population is in Govindpura area. Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang inspected Chhath places of worship. He took stock of the Chhath Puja places being prepared at Anna Nagar Branch Ground, Subhash Nagar Durga Mandir, Ektapuri Dussehra Ground, Rajendra Nagar, Karond and took stock of the cleanliness of the water bodies, cleanliness, provision of adequate lighting and convenience and security of Chhath Vratis. Took full information from the officials regarding this. Many people including Mayor Malti Rai, MIC members Ashok Vani, Anand Agarwal were present on this occasion.
Khatlapura Ghat, Saraswati Mandir Avadhpuri, Kali Mandir Ghat, Number Five, Vivekananda Higher Secondary School, Sheetla Mata Mandir Fatehgarh, Old Subhash Nagar Durga Mandir, Bairagarh Visarjan Ghat, Karbala Pump House, Malikhedi, Neelbad, Ghod Pachad Dam, Bagh Mughalia Extension, Chhath Puja will be organized in and around the city including Hathaikheda Dam, Vishwakarma Mandir, Bagh Sevaniya, Amrai Park.
On behalf of Bhojpuri Ekta Manch, the main event of Chhath Puja will be organized in Sheetaldas’s garden at Kamala Park. A large number of devotees will attend here. The Ghat will be decorated on the theme of Mata ki Chunari. There will be mass worship, followed by lamp donation with 2100 lamps in the pond and boating, flower showers and fireworks, which will be the center of great attraction. The Chhath Puja festival will begin on October 28 with a fast and a bath. Similarly, Kharna will be held on 29 October and Nirjala fast will be observed by women on 30 October.
