Bhopal: Governor Mangubhai Patel administered the oath of good governance to the officers and employees of Raj Bhavan on the occasion of Good Governance Day. He also instructed everyone to follow the good governance oath with devotion. Good Governance Day was celebrated at Raj Bhavan in the context of the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on 25 December.
Governor Patel administered the oath to the officers and employees present to always remain determined to establish proper standards of good governance in the state. He pledged to make every possible effort to make the governance more transparent, participatory, public welfare focused and accountable and to always be ready to achieve the goal of improving the living standards of the citizens of the state.
Additional Secretary to the Governor Umashankar Bhargava, Tribal Cell Secretary Jamuna Bhide, Officer on Special Duty Arvind Purohit and officers and employees of Raj Bhavan were present in the program organized at Raj Bhavan.
