On Friday, women of self-help groups are invited to the Chief Minister’s residence, Shivraj will distribute a loan of two hundred crores


Bhopal . Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has invited three hundred women of self-help groups in the program going to be organized at the Chief Minister’s residence on Friday. Chouhan will interact with women and distribute bank loans of two hundred crores to the groups. Through this program, the members of self-help groups from each gram panchayat will be virtual connected. The program will be telecast live through Doordarshan and other means of internet media. Under the State Livelihood Mission, social and economic empowerment of rural women is being done in the state by connecting them with groups. Three lakh 84 thousand groups have been formed in 45 thousand villages, to which 43 lakh families are connected. Out of these, about 16 lakh 79 thousand families have been linked with agricultural activities and about six lakh 19 thousand families with other activities.
