Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that only players showcase their talent in the best way. Players display talent in various fields. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the art of performing best even in difficulties can be learned from Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Expressing happiness over the performance of the players at present, he said that under the leadership and guidance of Prime Minister Modi, our players are performing better. Now our players also aim directly for medals. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the ‘Honor and Promotion Ceremony of Sports Talents’ at TT Nagar Stadium. Incentive amount of Rs 25.389 crore was given to 1 thousand 786 players in the ceremony. Kits were also distributed to the players.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the state government is standing with the sportspersons at every step to encourage them. Sports have also been included in the curriculum in the new education policy. Paths for promotions of sports teachers have been opened. In higher education, sports teachers can also get promotions like assistant professor and beyond. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that incentive amount is being provided to the players directly in their accounts, so that it can prove helpful in their training. With this, players will be able to perform better and bring glory to the state and the country. He expected that the players will continue to strive on the basis of their talent and be determined to perform better.
Hockey leader even in absence and influence
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that there has never been any dearth of talent among the players of our country. Even when players lacked resources, talented players like Major Dhyan Chand won gold medals for the country even by playing barefoot. Today, our country is emerging as an influential country under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi. Then the talent of our players is coming to the fore and we are creating new records and getting medals in various sports. This also includes our native sport wrestling, in which we have won 4 consecutive gold medals.
