Dehradun House Party: Police and Excise team raided a private residence in Ghaziwala Cantt and arrested the young men and women. An illegal house party was being organized here.
Police received information that a house party was being organized at Ghaziwala’s private residence. To participate in this, publicity is being spread secretly through WhatsApp.
Based on the information, on the instructions of Senior Superintendent of Police, Dehradun Ajay Singh and Superintendent of Police, City Pramod Kumar, a joint raid was conducted by forming a raid team under the leadership of CO Sadar along with the police station in-charge and SOG in-charge of Dehradun city and involving the Excise Department.
During the raid, 40 boys and 17 girls were found organizing an illegal party at a private residence in Ghaziwala Cantt area. A huge quantity of empty bottles and liquor of important liquor were recovered in the building.
The red team interrogated on the spot. Legal action is being taken against the building owner under the Excise Act and 40 boys and 17 girls attending the party are being interrogated and action is being taken against them under the Police Act. The building owner has been identified as Rajni, resident of Ghaziwala Cantt.
