An appeal for hearing was rejected immediately
On Friday, Allahabad’s lawyer Abhinav Chandrachud requested the case to be listed immediately. When Chandrachud said that the Assam Police has called Allahabadia to join the investigation during the day, Chief Justice Sanjeev Khanna said that I have set the back. This case will come in two-three days (before the back).

The statement on parents and sexual relations was given
Let us tell you that the comments of Padkaster Allahabadia on parents and sexual relations on Raina’s YouTube show ‘India’s Gat Latant’ raised controversy and several FIRs were lodged against him and others in various parts of the country. Apart from Allahabadia and Raina, Ashish Chanchalani, Jaspreet Singh and Apoorva Makhija are also named in the case registered in Assam.

An official said that earlier the cyber cell had asked Allahabadia to appear, but he did not come. He has now been called again to join the investigation on 24 February. According to ANI, Raina did not get permission to record his statement through a video conference.

Raina will also have to record a statement
Maharashtra Cyber ​​Cell has rejected Raina’s request in this regard. Raina had said that he is currently in the US and would not be able to return to India before March 17 due to prior commitments. However, Maharashtra Cyber ​​Cell has asked Raina to record his statement personally on 18 February.

National Commission for Women also issued summons
The National Commission for Women has released a new date of hearing after failing to respond to the summons issued by YouTuber in relation to the derogatory and obscene comments made by YouTuber. The Women’s Commission said that Ranveer Allahabadia, Samay Raina, Apoorva Makhija, Ashish Chanchalani and other YouTuber India’s Gat Latant have failed to appear personally in connection with the dispute. These people were asked to appear before the Commission on 17 February.
