Indore: Ritesh Inani has been elected as the new President of Madhya Pradesh High Court (Indore Bench) Bar Association. Mridul Bhatnagar was elected to the post of Vice President, Lokesh Mehta to the post of Secretary and Sagar Mule to the post of Joint Secretary. The five members of the executive are Prateek Jain, Saurabh Jain, Uddhav Srivastava, Shubham Narvare and Anmol Kushwaha. The voting process was completed at 5 pm on Wednesday and the results were declared late at night. A total of 26 candidates tried their luck for 9 posts in this election, in which 2232 lawyers cast their votes.
These were the candidates for the post of President
Five lawyers, HY Mehta, Suraj Sharma, Amit Upadhyay, Anil Ojha and Ritesh Inani, were candidates for the post of president. 35 booths were made for voting. In which separate booths were made for senior and women lawyers. Four lawyers Yogesh Mehta, Nitin Singh Bhati, Akhil Godha and Ankit Parashar also contested for the post of Secretary. Let us tell you that Ritesh Inani also became the president in 2023. Earlier he was the Vice President in 2022. These were the candidates for the post of Vice President: Vinod Kumar Dwivedi, Dharmendra Sahu, Mridul Bhatnagar, Sapnesh Jain, Sonali Gupta contested for the post of Vice President.
Satanand Choubey, Sonal Sharma, Sagar Mule and Bundel Singh Jatav were in the fray for the post of Joint Secretary. There was competition for the post of five members of the executive between Anmol Kushwaha, Prateek Jain, Ramesh Kumar Arora, Raunak Barwaya, Saurabh Jain, Shubham Narvare, Uddhav Srivastava and Vijay Gulani.
