Bhopal. The issue of fertilizer was raised in the House on Monday, the first day of the winter session of Madhya Pradesh Assembly. Leader of Opposition Umang Singhar demanded to provide fertilizer. He said that farmers are not getting fertilizer. Congress is continuously raising this issue. Till now no statement has come from the government. The government should tell that this issue will be discussed but when will the farmers get fertilizer? Today, after the Higher Education Minister received wrong information from the department, Congress surrounded him and started asking questions. After the allegations and counter-allegations, the proceedings of the House have been adjourned till tomorrow.
The department gave wrong information to the Higher Education Minister
On the question of Congress MLA Jaivardhan Singh in the House about Raghogarh College, the Higher Education Minister gave a wrong answer regarding Aaron College. The government had told to run PG courses even though there were no PG courses in Raghogarh. On which the Higher Education Minister said that by mistake the written answer regarding information about another college has been given. On this, Jaivardhan Singh surrounded the Education Minister and asked him to express regret. Inder Singh Parmar admitted his mistake in the House. Also said that wrong information will not be given by the department in future. It is believed that action may be taken against the employees for providing wrong information.
Former minister drew attention to irregularities
Former minister Bhupendra Singh drew attention to irregularities in the operation of a non-government educational institution in Malthon in Sagar district. To which School Education Minister Rao Uday Pratap Singh replied. Bhupendra Singh said, ‘The recognition of Adarsh Convent School was not cancelled. The officials did a formality in the name of investigation. There is anger among the people of the area. On this, the School Education Minister said that there is nothing like anger among the people of the area. The recognition was revoked. The organization got it postponed from the court.
I will fix the encroachment issue in 1 hour
Bhupendra Singh said that the school is running on government land. This is a matter of revenue. Tehsildar has also given notice to remove encroachment. I will fix the matter within an hour. It was not a matter of attention. But through this there is an attempt to raise the issues of the state. Many schools in MP are running against the rules. Some private schools are on government land. Some schools do not have playgrounds. Some were sexually abused. The government should bring a policy to ban fake educational institutions.
Don’t read such answers from officials
He further said that the officers should write that there is no anger among the public. But the minister should not read this answer in the assembly. The Minister is requested not to read such reply from the officials, I am the MLA of the area. I have said that there is anger among the public. I have been fooled by the response of the officials. On this, the minister said that there is a system of permission only after the government registers the agreement. Other rules of the playground are being strictly followed. There is a continuous effort for the improvement of the education system. Bhupendra Singh said that if the minister says that if the government brings a good policy regarding the disorders, then a good message will be sent to the public. On this Rao Uday Pratap Singh said that with time you will see the difference. I am saying this responsibly. At the same time, BJP MLA Omprakash Sakhalecha asked, ‘Will the Minister tell how many such educational institutions are running in the state? This situation is also in Neemuch district. What is the action plan? Kailash Vijayvargiya said that this suggestion is good. But that is a topic beyond our attention. Speaker Narendra Singh Tomar said that the minister is aware of the concern and sentiment.
