Bhopal: Now officers and employees will not be able to make excuse of unavailability of files in Vallabh Bhawan of the state. From the year 2025, a new system of filing will be implemented here, under which files will be available at one click. Implementation of e-office system will start in 39 departments in Vallabh Bhawan from January 2025, in which all government files will be operated on computers. Chief Secretary Anurag Jain has instructed all departments to start using this system.

Under the e-office system, all work in Madhya Pradesh will be done through digital medium. In this, notesheet will also be prepared on computer. All officers and employees are being trained for the smooth operation of the new system, in which online training facility is also available. Till now 39 departments have been provided necessary training for e-office.

This process has been started from 17 out of 39 departments. The remaining 22 departments have also been directed to adopt this system. Chief Secretary Anurag Jain has given necessary instructions by sending a notesheet in this regard to all the department heads, in which scanning of all the files has been mentioned.
The new system will be implemented in three phases
A plan has been made to implement the e-office system in the state in three phases. In the first phase, work on computers will start in the ministry from January 1, in which all work will be done through e-office. After this, this system will be implemented in all the directorates and eventually in all the district headquarters of the state. Implementation of this system will not only speed up the work but will also save paper and stationery and people will not have to worry about searching for files.
