Bhopal. The annual examinations of classes 3rd, 4th, 6th and 7th of government schools of the state will be conducted from March 6. The State Education Center has declared its timetable. The examinations of class III and IV will be conducted from March 6 to 11 and the examinations of class VI and VII will be conducted from March 6 to 12. According to this timetable, the time duration of the examinations will be two and a half hours. The examination will run from 2 pm to 4.30 pm. These examinations will be conducted even if there are local holidays between March 6 and 12.
Examination will not be conducted in class I and II in all government schools. These will be assessed through exercise booklet. There will also be activity based and oral evaluation. In this, the level of learning ability in Hindi, English and Mathematics subjects will be tested.
Three languages are necessary, asked to be careful
Principals have been asked to discuss with the students regarding the choice of language while filling the application form for the examination. Additional language is optional in class 3rd and 4th. If Hindi, Urdu or Marathi is selected as the first language, English will have to be taken as the second language. Whereas if English is selected as the first language, it will be mandatory to select Hindi as the second language. Whereas in sixth and seventh class, if a student chooses Urdu or Marathi as the first language, then it will be mandatory for him to choose English as the second language and Hindi as the third language. Whereas if English is selected as the first language, it will be mandatory to select Hindi as the second language and Sanskrit, Urdu or Marathi as the third language.
