Whereas the government has given the benefit of seventh pay scale to the permanent employees of the healthy engineering department. The state government is adopting double standards in giving the benefit of seventh pay scale to permanent employees. Due to this, dissatisfaction against the government has spread among thousands of permanent employees of the state.
