Krishnagiri. A case of crossing the limits of havoc has come to light in Tamil Nadu. Three teachers allegedly sexually assaulted a 13 -year -old student at a government middle school in Krishnagiri district of the state.
All three accused arrested
According to the Krishnagiri Collector, the three accused teachers have been arrested under various sections of the Protection of Children (POCSO) from sexual offenses.
He has also been suspended by the District Education Officer (DEO).
The collector said that the accused teachers have been sent on police remand for 15 days. All are being questioned.
The girl did not go to school from January 3 due to fear, after which the school officials went to her house and investigated personally. The victim has been given necessary advice and the case is being investigated.
Officials said that the girl was affected. Under the guidance of school teachers, the girl’s parents lodged a complaint at the Burgur All Women Police Station. Based on the recommendation of the police station, the victim’s parents approached the child safety officer.
After this the victim has been given necessary consultation. District Child Safety Officer and police are investigating the case.
