New Delhi: Aimim Chief Asaduddin Owaisi mocked BJP Leaders as “tubelights” on Sunday, Following Controversial Remarks by BJP MP Nishikant dubey Against the Supreme Court and the Chief Justice of India.
Owaisi reminded the BJP of article 142 of the constitution, which grants the Supreme Court Power to Deliver Complete Justice in Matters Before it.
“You People (BJP) are tubelights … Do you even know what article 142 is? It was framed by Dr. Br Ambedkar,” Owaisi said, accusing the BJP of Threating the Judiciary with Religious with Religious Warfare.

This comes in response to nishikant dubey’s comments suggesting that parliament should stop functioning if the apex courts like a law-making body.
Taking aim at the Supreme Court, Dubey Said, “Kanoon Yadi Supreme Court Hi Banayega to Sansad Bhavan Band Kar Dena Chahiye” Shut down).
Targeting the Chief Justice of India, He Added, “Sanjiv Khanna is Responsible for All the Civil Wars Happening in this Country.”
Echoing Similar Sentiments, BJP MP Dinesh Sharma said, “There is an apprehension amon the public According to the constitution, no one can direct the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, and the President has already given her assent to the law.

In response to the court’s concerns, the center has agreed to temporary hold off on implementing certain controversial provisions of the law until the next hearing.
