Jaipur . Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, while conducting a detailed review of the pending land allotment cases in the meeting held with the District Collectors through the VC at the Chief Minister’s residence, has given instructions for prompt execution of the remaining land allotment cases related to the budget announcements. He gave instructions to complete the process of land identification of cases, sending proposals for identified land to the concerned department and land allotment in the period till December 31, 2024. Sharma said that negligence in these works will not be tolerated at any level.
In compliance with the budget announcement, he directed to expedite the disposal of cases of land allotment for development works like Sports College, Roadways Bus Stand, GSS and Processing Plant for Solid Waste Management and Material Recovery Facility Centre, Industrial Park etc. Besides, he also reviewed the land allotment for the block office under the Social Justice and Empowerment Department and the new Assistant Engineer office of the Public Health Engineering Department. The Chief Minister said that for effective control of vehicle accidents, it is necessary to identify the accident prone places on the roads and improve them immediately. A special campaign will be launched to fix black spots in all the districts. He directed that the prescribed standards should be followed in road construction and repair works. Also, the flying squads of the transport department in all the districts should take intensive action against unfit and unpermitted vehicles and overloaded vehicles. Apart from this, awareness campaign should also be run especially for traffic rules and road safety. Sharma said that the Hi-Tech City to be developed in Jaipur in compliance with the budget announcement is the dream project of the state government.
